Can I book online? 
Yes, it is very simple:  Simply enter the dates of arrival and departure using the calendar in our on-line booking and check our availability and rates.
 
Do I need to provide my credit card data? 
Yes, the credit card details are required in order to complete your reservation.
 
Is the pre-payment required? 
Only if you choose an Early-booking rate, non-refundable, tied to a particular discount. However, if you book with a normal rate, with no restrictions, the credit card is required only to guarantee the reservation.
 
Will I receive a confirmation of my reservation? 
We will send you an e-mail confirmation to the address that you used making the reservation.
 
How do I cancel a reservation? 
In the box dedicated to online booking on our site, click on "Cancel booking". You will be asked for the reservation code and you will receive confirmation of cancellation at your email address.
 
What is your cancellation policy? 
It is possible to cancel your reservation up to noon on the day of the week prior to arrival, without being charged for it.
 
What is included in the price of my room? 
Buffet breakfast and VAT are always included in the price
 
Are there any reductions for children? 
Yes, children up to 12 years of age sharing the room with 2 adults do not pay.
 
Which credit cards are accepted? 
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express.
 
What time is check-in and check-out? 
Check-in time can be carried out from 14.00 onwards, check-out time is at noon .
 
Are pets allowed? 
Small pets are welcome on request, at no extra charge.
 
What are the hours of the restaurant and the Wellness Center? 
Our Restaurant is open for breakfast from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. , for lunch from 12.30 to 14.30 , for dinner from 19.30 to 22.30 . The Wellness Center is open from Monday to Friday from 12.00 to 21.00 , Saturday from 10.00 to 19.00 ; Sundays the Wellness Center is closed, except for special occasions.
 
Do you have parking facilities? 
We have a covered garage, not bookable, at a cost of 11 € per night.
 
What tv channels available to the Hotel? 
The Grand Hotel Trento has the major national tv channels, Mediaset Premium (including 5 soccer channels), and numerous foreign satellite stations.  In the cafe area and in the suites, there is Sky, which is always free to use.
 
How do you arrive from the highway? 
Exit at "Trento Sud" for those coming from the south, continue on the bypass and take the exit 6.
 
"Trento Nord" exit for those coming from the north, continue on the bypass and take the exit 6/B.
 
Follow direction Centro - Stazione. The Grand Hotel is located in front of the station and can be reached by flanking the park in Piazza Dante.    
 
How far are you from the railway station? 
We are located directly in front of it; once outside the station, you will just need to cross Piazza Dante to reach us. It is only a three minutes walk.
 
How far are you from the historic center of Trento? 
We are very close, just cross the road to arrive in less than fifty meters to the heart of our beautiful historic center. The Grand Hotel Trento enjoys a strategic position: it's about a 5 minute walk from the Castle of Buonconsiglio Castle and the Cathedral, and approximately 15 minutes (on foot) from the all-new Muse.
 
Is the internet free? 
Wi-fi and ethernet internet access is free available in all rooms and common areas. You may get the access code at the Reception.
