Grand Hotel Trento can accommodate work groups from 2 to 550, and the entire conference area is equipped with the latest audio and video systems generation.

Our Rooms

The Congress Centre of the Grand Hotel Trento has two dedicated areas, 12 conference rooms with ceilings up to 3.85 meters high, and a variety of solutions that makes it suitable for the organization of business meetings and conferences from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 550 people.

The Concilio Room – the largest – has in fact 550 seats in the stalls, it is set in an architectural context to the suggestive and is divided into three rooms to meet individual and specific needs.

For business meetings, conventions and meetings involving standing receptions, other solutions are available, including, for example, the spectacular Depero Room, which can accommodate up to 80 people.

The new wing, which has just been built, offers more intimate solutions, such as, for example, the Dante Room, perfect for two to twelve people.

All the meeting and conference rooms of the Congress Centre are equipped with Wi-Fi connection and digital audio-visual equipment.

CONCILIO ROOM

The Concilio Room can be divided into three rooms according to your needs.

HINDERBACH ROOM

The Hinderbach Room, twin of the Madruzzo, can accommodate up to 100 pax in an auditorium layout and 35 people in a U-shaped layout.

MADRUZZO ROOM

The Madruzzo Room can accommodate up to 100 people in a stalls layout and 35 people in a U-shaped layout.

ARCHITETTURA ROOM

The Architettura Room can be divided into two different rooms and can accommodate up to 50 people.

CLESIO ROOM

The Clesio Room, like the hotel’s restaurant, takes its name from Cardinal Clesio and can accommodate up to 160 people.

DEPERO ROOM

The Depero Room is ideal for groups of up to 50 people. For standing receptions, it can accommodate up to 60 people.

ALFIERI ROOM

The Sala Alfieri is one the recently completed rooms. Modern and equipped with a projector,it can accommodate up to 10 people.

VIRGILIO ROOM

The Sala Virgilio is ideal for meetings of up to 20 people. It is one of the recently completed rooms.
